Culinary Lavender Class

Discover the many ways you can incorporate culinary lavender into your foods and beverages. Have you ever tasted a lavender treat and thought you were eating soap? There is a reason for that! There are different varieties of lavender, some are great for culinary use and some are not. Join lavender experts Bonnie and Caryn, as they show you which lavender species and type (buds or essential oil) that are delicious to use, how to prepare and harvest. They’ll then demo how to make a simple syrup and serve it over ice cream for you to taste!  CLASS CLOSED

  • Take home 2 oz. lavender infused honey, and a lavender bundle..
  • Snacks: We demo how to make simple syrup, and serve over ice cream
